Not guilty verdict

Client was charged with felony criminal mischief and petit theft relating to an air conditioning coil. State offered to reduce to misdemeanor, however, Client maintained his innocence. Client proceeded to a jury trial, and the State offered evidence that he confessed to the alleged victim and the detective. Attorney Holmberg was able to discredit the detective. The case went to the jury, who found the Client not guilty after only deliberating 15 minutes.
