Mr. Pascal has worked as a property assessor for Allegheny County, and as an investigator of employment discrimination complaints for the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. He also has worked as a political and public relations consultant.
Mr. Pascal served as an elected member of the Leechburg Area School Board for 16 years and as a member of the Lenape Area Technical School Board for 14 years. He is currently serving as the Mayor of Leechburg.
In addition to the general practice of law, Mr. Pascal practices in the areas of Pennsylvania Election Law and education law.

Depending on the legal issue involved, fees may either be based upon a flat fee, an hourly fee, a contingency fee, or some combination of the above.
Generally, if a flat fee is charged, it must be paid in advance. If an hourly fee is charged, generally a retainer which will cover several hours of services is required to be paid in advance. The amount of the retainer will be held in escrow and amounts deducted monthly consistent with the agreed upon hourly rate and expenses incurred.
