Jack Wenik has extensive federal and state bench and jury trial experience, both civil and criminal. Mr. Wenik has represented a wide array of corporations and individuals in complex civil litigation and grand jury investigations. He has particular expertise representing major health care institutions in federal and state government investigations and other proceedings. He also has extensive experience representing pharmaceutical companies in product liability litigation. Mr. Wenik also counsels health care institutions, individuals and corporations on regulatory matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wenik was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for both the Eastern Districts of New York and Pennsylvania. While an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Mr. Wenik was responsible for the investigation and prosecution of complex fraud and business crimes. He has conducted grand jury investigations of fraud by, and embezzlement from, Fortune 500 corporations and other large business enterprises. Mr. Wenik has been selected for inclusion in the 2010 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. He is Co-Chair of the Firm's Professional Relations Committee and Chair of the Firm's Litigation Training Committee.
