My law office is located in the MetroPointe Tower in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This location, just 5 minutes west of downtown Minneapolis, is at the intersection of Highways 394 and 169 and is readily accessible to all my clients.

I represent clients in all types of criminal cases, both at the State and Federal level. I am licensed to practice in the courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin and have handled matters arising in other states as well.

I have met with considerable success during the course of my career, obtaining acquittals in cases involving Murder, Rape, Narcotics and Driving Under the Influence , to name a few. I have successfully negotiated favorable resolutions in virtually every type of criminal matter, from Criminal Vehicular Homicide to Armed Bank Robbery to Embezzlement. Indeed, I have engineered the complete dismissal of charges involving allegations of Rape, Terroristic Threats, Assault, Narcotics and Traffic charges too numerous to list. I handle all criminal cases, large and small, and shy away from no case, no matter what the subject matter or how difficult the road ahead looks.

One cornerstone of my success is the quality relationship I maintain with my clients. Clients are treated with integrity and respect for their needs, goals and objectives. I focus on intelligent representation and understand how important it is to listen to and communicate with my clients.

My full-time legal assistant, Jan Rangel, has 26 years of experience in the legal field and is an integral part of services I provide. I also utilize a law clerk and an investigator to assist in the investigation and preparation of cases as the need arises.
